ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
All applicants to the workshops to be conducted by New York Film Academy at Mumbai must speak English, should be at least 10th grade (High School) qualified, express a serious desire to explore the art and craft of moving pictures and should be minimum 18 years of age.

All students must possess the drive and commitment necessary to complete a rigorous, total immersion program. They must be able to communicate well and work collaboratively with others in an artistic environment.

As there are limited seats, students may be declined admission if the workshop does not have space available in the workshop. Students who do not speak English will also be declined admission to the workshops, given that all of instruction in the Academy is conducted in English. Students who are unable to meet the financial obligations of the workshop one month prior to the start date will also be declined admission.

COURSE FEES
The total fees is in two parts. A non-refundable Registration Fee of Rs 20,000 (plus 12.36% Service Tax) and the NYFA Program fees as under:-

Filmmaking
Tuition Fee of USD 3300 plus Equipment Fees of USD 500 plus a non-refundable Application Fees of USD 50, totalling to USD 3850

Acting for Film
Tuition Fee of USD 3800 plus a non-refundable Application Fees of USD 50, totalling to USD 3850.

Photography
Tuition Fees of USD 3600 plus Lab Fees of USD 250 plus a non-refundable Application Fees of USD 50, totalling to USD 3900.



GRANT OF ADMISSION
Grant of admission is at the sole discretion of New York Film Academy and Yellow Submarine Film Pvt Ltd. In case any student is denied admission at any point of time, all fees remitted by the student till then would be refunded in full and no representation would be accepted.

HOUSING INFORMATION
Students should cater for their stay and meals at Mumbai.
